Therefore, we ensure the quality of our products, and that payment and delivery will be made in accordance with the terms set out below. The weight and size of our products are as specified on the website. 

We make a real effort to ensure that the colors shown are as true as possible.  However, given differences in screens and devices, and in dyelots of certain yarns, some differences will inevitably occur.

All information provided by customers of LALLANA7 will be treated with extreme privacy and will not be provided to third parties except when necessary to deliver your order (for example, to our transport companies).

Pay Pal directly treats bank data. We have chosen this provider as our electronic payment service because it is the fastest and most secure way to pay online. Therefore, LALLANA7 will never see the information on the customers’ credit card and will only receive the payment and order details through Pay Pal. The price of the products will be as stated on our web site at any time. All prices include current VAT, but exclude shipping costs which vary depending on the weight of the products purchased and the country of the delivery. 

Order Confirmation

An email confirmation will be sent once the customer has paid for the order.


Payment method

Payments for orders can be made by credit or debit card or through a Pay Pal account.  No customer financial data is accessed by LALLANA7 and all processing is handled by PayPal or Banc Sabadell.

Privacy and Security

PayPal and Servired are reliable and secure companies for making quick online payments. LALLANA7 will never actually see the information on the customers´ credit card and will simply receive the payment and order details through PayPal. Furthermore, we have acquired SSL certificates from Verisign. 


Returns will be accepted in the event of error on our part or if a defective product is delivered. In that case, the customer should contact us immediately, indicating the order reference, the product and the defect involved.  After verifying the defect, a replacement product would be sent. If the product were no longer available, a comparable product or a reimbursement would be offered. No reimbursement will be made for products returned in conditions other than those in which they were delivered, especially as regards labels and the weight of skeins/balls. 

For verification, the cost of returning the product would initially be borne by the customer. After receiving the product and verifying the defect, said cost would be reimbursed. 

It is expressly stated that the International Wool Textile Organisation (IWTO) considers up to 3 knots per skein/ball to be aceptable for yarn manufacturers.


Delivery is subcontracted to the Spanish POstal Service (Grupo Correos).

Place of delivery

Delivery will be made to the address indicated by the customer during the order process.  In some cases, Grupo Correos may request a contact phone to set up a delivery time.

Delivery time

Delivery in Peninsular Spain is generally made in 2 to 4 business days from the date of effective payment.  Internacional deliveries are generally made in 7 to 10 business days. Customs processes in other countries may lengthen the delivery time.
